Little red and green apples SLOG will have trees for sale later in the year. These are all varieties which we know do well in the northwest. See our 'Trees for Sale' page for more information. There are also a few trees left from 2011.

This event enjoyed beautiful weather last time and attracted record crowds so we hope for more of the same in 2012. The SLOG stand will be there as we all love this friendly and lively weekend.

SLOG Apple Presses

SLOG owns two sets of apple pressing equipment which is available to hire to members. Becoming a member is easy, and we are keen to promote its use so that all those lovely apples get used and not wasted.

We have a full set of heavy-duty equipment which is ideal for those with orchards, or who would like to organise an apple day for neighbours or the community.

Alternatively, for those with a smaller amount of apples, we also have a pressing set that is easier to handle.

Both sets of equipment are held in the South Lakes and are really only suitable for those within the area.
